Unidentified man stands beside horse. Handwritten on front: "Mrs. R.S. Willis & her son Albert Campau." Handwritten on back: "Taken by F.J. Stevenson, 1866; Mrs. Richard Storrs Willis (Alexandrine M. Sheldon) was the widow of J. Barnabas Campau and mother of Dr. Albert Campau; for early use of rubber boats, see The Beaver, Spring 1955, p. 46-51."
