Weight: 180. Bats: left. Throws: left. Hit .291 in 153 games in 1949, driving in 83 runs. First full season in majors was in 1941 with Senators for whom he hit .299 in 138 games. Except for 2 years in service, Mickey remained with Senators through 1948. At end of that season he was traded to Cleveland.
