Williamsburg Row, Livernois, North of Seven Mile, Detroit. "Community Light Up" -- 26 businessmen developed a community image identification to compete with neighboring shopping centers. Floodlight poles housing two floodlights each were concealed behind trees. Spaced twenty feet on centers -- one floodlight is aimed at building front and the other to the sidewalk.
