Body by Morgan & Williams, carriage manufacturer, Warren, Ohio. This photograph taken prior to installation of H-gate shift lever or bulb horn on spade handle steering lever. By the time this car was given to Lehigh University all three running lights (2 side lights, & a light mounted at the front) and the rear seat had long been removed. Photographed outside machine shop of Packard Electric Co., North Ave., Warren, Ohio, probably on Nov. 6, 1899."
