Note that it is rotatable, permiting [sic] the girls who apply the fabric to reach their work easily. Use of this jig makes for easy handling of large sections. It assures a smooth paint job and uniform shrinking of the fabric because both sides can be processed at the same time and need not come in contact with foreign objects."
