Norma Cook is pictured assembling the phone tips on cordage in a Hudson Motor Car Co. plant in Detroit. The assembly will become part of one of the 146 wire harnesses Hudson makes for the three B-29 fuselage section it builds." Stamped on back: "Released for immediate use by Hudson Motor Car Company, Public Relations Division, 12601 East Jefferson Avenue, Detroit 14, Michigan. Where required, release has been received from proper authority in Army or Navy public relations." Handwritten on back: "Women workers."
