Front view of a man operating a Sargent Clertrac Model A hydraulic snowplow at Wolf Creek Pass in the Colorado Rockies. The snowplows were manufactured by the Maine Steel Products Co. in South Portland, Maine. Printed on front: "View #12. Then the tractor backed up. The top-heavy pile of snow, no longer held up by the plow, fell away from the cliff across in front of the V of the plow. So that the most of it was now on the outside toward the precipice."
