View of 1916 Owen Magnetic car traveling on muddy rural road during a publicity tour. Stamped on back: "N. Lazarnick, photographer, 246 W. 42nd St., N.Y." Handwritten on back: "Owen-Magnetic, 1916. One of five Owen Magnetic cars which took part in the fall 1915 color tour in the Berkshires, promotional/publicity run sponsored by the R.M. Owen Company of New York to benefit their automobile. Twenty-six tourists participated in the 800+ mile event. Owen Magnetic, 3-p. cloverleaf roadster. Model O, 6 cy., 336 h.p., 136" whb. N.Y. Dealer 1915 G117 license plate."
