The tour was also known as the Hupmobile Capital-to-Capital tour. Label on back: "232. Why does a chicken cross the road. We don't know. We suppose that this chicken wanted to get to the other side; anyway, that is what happened at Covington, Ky. The Capitol [sic] to Capitol [sic] Hupmobile at Covington, Ky. Sent by the Hupp Motor Car Corp." Stamped on back: "Photo by N. Lazarnick, automobile photographer, 246 W. 42nd St., N.Y." Handwritten on back: "Hupmobile, 1917."
