Description:
View of a Mack fire truck, used by the Charlotte Fire Department in North Carolina. "C.F.D." is painted on side of truck. Label on back: "The Mack fire sedan, the first inclosed [sic] fire engine ever built in the United States, recently delivered to the Fire Department of Charlotte, N.C." Handwritten on back: "35 Mack first enclosed pumper, beat Detroit's Seagrave by a year. Truck used 9/7/35."
