View of motorists in Stearns cars lined up in street during the 1909 Crippled Children's Outing sponsored by Wyckoff, Church & Partridge. Children stand on sidewalk. Owners of Stearns cars loaned their vehicles to transport children of the Free Industrial School for Crippled Children to Coney Island and the Crescent Athletic Club. Stamped on back: "Spooner & Wells, Inc., photographers, telephones 3472-3473 Columbus, 1931 Broadway, New York." Handwritten on back: "Tours--Crippled Children's Outing, New York, 1909."
