After winning suit against Standard Welding Co. of Cleveland, Durant bought the company & put it into Gen'l Motors Parts Co., he sued Firestone. In court was proven to have been in jail (after denying it on the stand) and as was proven perjurer, suit had to [be] withdrawn."
