Cleanliness our motto, our bakery is open for inspection, bring your friends." The Russell House closed on November 19, 1905, was subsequently demolished and replaced by the Pontchartrain Hotel. Typed on front: "1/14/06. Russell House S.E. from Cadillac Square." Printed on front: "Russell House, Jan 14th, 1906, looking south east."
