Document accompanying photograph reads: "Honoring Robert Oakman, an active real estate man of Detroit for more than 40 years, 20 members who had been associated with him for many years and who have held membership in the board for more than 20 years, are pictured above. Sixteen other members of the "Twenty-Years-Or-More" club were not present when the picture was taken. Of the 36 members of the club all but four were charter members of the board, started in 1906 as a reorganization of a real estate board that was organized in the eighties. In the picture, left to right, are: top row, William G. Gilmore, Claud M. Harmon, C.S. Vaughn, George Epstean, Robert McB. Grindly, Frank C. Everts and Henry W. Leach. Center row, Richard G. Lambrecht, John Tigchon, George T. Bader, John M. Welch, Charles A. Knapp, H.A. Chavenelle and Charles W. O'Brien. Bottom row, Matthew Scanlon, David Meginnity, Robert Oakman, Edward I. Stimson, George Dingwall, David Simons and C.W. Burton. Members of the club not present for the photograph are Frank H. Bessenger, James S. Holden, Edward A. Loveley, J. Ralph Meyering, J.H. Meyering, Frank G. Nall, William E. Roney, Frederick T. Ranney, Henry Plass, John Pfeifle, Harry A. Stormfeltz, Clarkson C. Wormer, Jr., Lester E. Wise, Thomas H. Welch and John I. Turnbull. Six members of the club are past presidents of the board. They are Frederick T. Ranney, 1906; John H. Tigchon, 1908; Lester E. Wise, 1909; Claud M. Harmon, 1910; Edward A. Loveley 1913; and R.G. Lambrecht, 1927. The oldest member of the club is George Dingwall, 85."
