View of students participating in a parade for the University of Michigan Triennial County Fair in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Students, costumed in overalls and wide-brimmed hats, pose with bugles, trombone and drums. Young man wearing horse costume on left. These fairs were held every three years by the Michigan Union, a male-only organization, although fifty different student organizations participated. Funds raised were intended to construct a clubhouse for the Union.
