View of Ten Sleep Inn at Ten Sleep, Wyoming. Printed on front: "Ten Sleep Inn, Ten Sleep, Wyo." Printed on back: "Ten Sleep, Wyoming on Atlantic-Yellowstone-Pacific Highway and U.S. No. 16. Ten Sleep Inn is located in a fertile irrigated valley at the foot of the west slope of the Big Horn Mountains, near entrance to Ten Sleep Canyon. This is one of the most beautiful and picturesque canyons in the United States. The name Ten Sleep is of Indian origin; it was so called by the red men of early days between the Shoshones and Crows, this place was ten sleeps from each reservation -- their way of reckoning time. Ten Sleep Inn has many furnished cabins for rent by day or by week. You will find home cooking and excellent table service there. It is located on a fine trout stream, close to many points of interest , such as Castle Gardens and the Honeycombs. W.H. Brokaw, Prop. Pub. by Robbins-Tillquist Co., Spokane, Wash."
