The pathfinding tour covered a route from Detroit, Michigan to New Orleans, Louisiana, but the 1912 Glidden Tour was canceled. Handwritten on back: "Bardstown Pike for twenty miles, like this, out of Louisville. Pathfinding trip, 1912."
