View of Flanders electric car parked in front of the Topaz Buffet and Commercial Appeal building in Memphis, Tennessee during the pathfinding expedition for the 1912 Glidden Tour, with motorists and onlookers on sidewalk. The pathfinding tour covered a route from Detroit, Michigan to New Orleans, Louisiana, but the 1912 Glidden Tour was canceled. Stamped on back: "Spooner & Wells, Inc., photographers, 1231 Woodward Ave., Detroit, Mich., telephone North 1745." Handwritten on back: "Great interest was taken in the Pathfinder on its arrival in Memphis, 1912."
