The pathfinding tour covered a route from Detroit, Michigan to New Orleans, Louisiana, but the 1912 Glidden Tour was canceled. Stamped on back: "Spooner & Wells, Inc., photographers, 1231 Woodward Ave., Detroit, Mich., telephone North 1745." Handwritten on back: "Pathfinder in Lawrenceburg, county seat of Lawrence County, which will spend two hundred thousand dollars for good roads, 1912."
