Banner reads: "T.C.A. good Roads Tour, Atlanta to Richmond, direction of Touring Club of America under auspices of Capital Highway Assn., American Assn. for Highway Impt., 1st American Road Congress, Richmond, Va., Nov. 20-24, the Blue Book route, Chamber of Commerce, Richmond, Va." The tour covered a route from Atlanta, Georgia to Richmond, Virginia. Stamped on back: "Spooner & Wells, Inc., photographers, telephones 3472-3473 Columbus, 1931 Broadway, New York." Handwritten on back: "Chalmers, 1912."
