Dear Lila, got your card the other day but Laverne had a letter in I don't know when tell C. [undecipherable] worth a cent to write letter. We are all well. It is awfuly [sic] cold and blustery today. Things are going along in the same old way don't hear of much news or much sickness just now. Hope you all keep well. Is your father gaining. I hope it will do him good. Write soon with love, Ada." Card is postmarked January 23, 1915.
