Dear Children, I am please that you enjoyed reading my stories. There are some modern things that are much better than in pioneer times, but if I had my choice I would much rather live in the old days as I did than now with all the modern conveniences. But the only thing to do is to make the most of the times in which we do live. Love to you all, Your Friend, Laura Ingalls Wilder."
