Handwritten on back: "Dear Aunt, I received your card Saturday and I was talking with Uncle Earney yesterday and he says you look so much better than you did when you went away I am so glad I think of you often but I have been haveing [sic] a time with headache so I didn't write I am glad that Lillie is with you don't worry about home the boys are doing fine. Love and best wishes and lots of kisses to you your niece give my love to Lillie. Sadie Leach." Card is postmarked May 4, 1916.
