Printed on back: "This building located on a promontory overlooking the city (approximately 1400 ft. above sea level), is one of the landmarks which can first be seen in approaching the city from all directions. It was completed in 1913. Built of brick and trimmed in Bedford limestone, it is fire proof in every respect. All the county records are kept here and are thus safeguarded against destruction.
