Handwritten on back: "Dear Friends, Have been in Bay City nearly two weeks and am going home Monday. I have not received the [undecipherable]. I did on my first trip but have improved. The weather is wretched for rheumatics have hardly been out of the house this week. Mighty lonesome business this. I have a fine boarding place. Will be so glad to get home, they write they are getting along O.K. Have an excellent girl. I am only a very little lame but feel it all over me. I am perfectly well otherways. With love, Fred." Card is postmarked February 17, 1911.
