Printed on back: "This water comes from a depth of 497 feet. At one time the well supplied Bay View with water for all purposes, with a flow of 316,800 gallons daily. The temperature of the water is about 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Mrs. C.C. Graham, Petoskey, Mich. Genuine Curteich-Chicago 'C.T. Art-Colortone' post card (reg. U.S. Pat. Off.)" Handwritten on back: "Having a grand time at Bay View. Spent sometime with Frances and husband last week. We came up with Florence J. and she is staying in her sister's cottage. We see her quite often. Heard some grand concerts and a lecture or two. It is plenty warm, up in the nineties, the Bay is beautiful. 'Be good.' Ethel & Eveline." Card is postmarked August 12, 1947.
