Dear Cousin, I see I must ans. that card before I get a letter or is it that you are very busy? The effect is all the same anyway. How are you this fine weather? Been skating yet? I doesn't seem very much like winter without snow on the ground. I have a little painting to do this p.m., so I guess I had better get busy. Our place is coming along fine. Maybe I'll be down to see you about New Years. Russell." Card is postmarked December 12, 1913.
