Designed and built by James Scripps Booth, Detroit. 104 wheelbase, weight 1150, 90 mph. A glorified edition of old 1913 belt driven cyclecar idea, 4 cycle 35 hp all aluminum water cooled engine, 6000 rpm. OHV-OHC with power plant with 3 speed sliding gear trans. Bottom worm driven jackshaft under passenger seat, final drive, laminated chassis frame of wood one piece with body. Full cantilevered rear springs, tubular axles. Cast aluminum hub wheels. Driver in rear always balances weight of engine in front with or without passenger whose weight is evenly distributed. Good weight distribution necessary in 1000 lb. car."
