Printed on front: "Jeffers Park and Post Office, Saginaw, Mich." Printed on back: "Published by John E. Ferris, Saginaw, Mich." Handwritten on back: "July 8, 1910. Dear Marion, Will mail this at Pt. Huron, tell me when it arrived. I'll send R. one at Saginaw. Don't forget the State of N.Y. I got a letter this morning that was minust the State part and it took it days to find me. [undecipherable]." Card is postmarked July 8, 1910.
