Typed on sleeve: "Subject: Engines--Automotive (Duryea) Collection: MS3/Charles E. Duryea Collection. Date: 1908-1911. Source: Estate of Charles E. & M. Jerry Duryea. I.D.: Shown are all moving parts - two pistons, two connecting rods, and the crank shaft - five parts. On the crankshaft [sic], and revolving with it, are the flywheel, shifter collars, Hyatt roller bearings (with sleeves removed) and driving rollers."
