In addition to the motorcycle, she operates a tow truck and a parts delivery truck. When her busy day is done Peggy takes on even more important role of caring for her 19-month-old baby. Mrs. Lawrence's husband, a mechanic, is also employed by the Miller Chevrolet Company. Thus the family contributes doubly to the maintenance of essential wartime automotive transportation."
