Thousands of rounds of ammunition are test-fired every day at the Chrysler Corporation, Evansville Ordnance Plant. Half of them are drawn from production machines and fired for function only. The balance are taken after all inspections are concluded and are fired not only for function, but also for accuracy, velocity and pressure. In the above picture girls are recording the velocity of bullets that are being test-fired. (VL-2218)." Handwritten on back: "Ammunition."
