Handwritten on back: "1917 Packard 2-35, Second Series Twin Six. 12 cy., 88 h.p. @ 2600 r.p.m., 135" whb. Touring car, 7-p. (Body-type #154) fitted with spotlight, snap-on tonneau cover. Official car signs placed between doors; Union Jacks in front, 'Old Glory' flags at the windshield & Red Cross flags in tonneau, possibly a war effort event. Original photograph by Spooner & Wells."
