View of motorists in two electric trucks during the 1910 North American Run. Spectatators stand nearby. Truck no. 70, owned by Shane Bros. & Wilson Co. of Philadelphia, was manufactured by the General Vehicle Co. The reliability contest for commercial vehicles covered a route from Philadelphia to Atlantic City. Stamped on back: "Spooner & Wells, Inc., photographers, telephones 3472-3473 Columbus, 1931 Broadway, New York." Handwritten on back: "Tours--North American Run, 1910."
