View of U.S. map painted on the side of Hupmobile car during the Hupmobile United American Tour. The tour was also known as the Hupmobile Capital-to-Capital tour. Label on back: "Map of U.S.A. is painted on both sides of Hupmobile car, the capitols are filled in by the tourists as they are reached. Sent by the Hupp Motor Car Corp. Detroit." Stamped on back: "N. Lazarnick, automobile photographer, 246 W. 42nd St., Chicago, N.Y., Detroit." Handwritten on back: "Hupp tour, 1916."
