View of motorists with cars in front of the Hotel Blair at Wauseon, Ohio during the 1912 Glidden Tour. Maxwell car on right. Stamped on back: "Spooner & Wells, Inc., photographers, 1231 Woodward Ave., Detroit, Mich., telephone North 1745." Although the official 1912 Glidden Tour was canceled, Charles Glidden led a caravan over the identical route that had been originally planned, from Detroit, Michigan to New Orleans, Louisiana. Handwritten on back: "Glidden tourists ready to leave Hotel Blair, 1912. Tours--Glidden Tour, 1912."
