View of Flanders electric car parked in front of the St. Charles Hotel at New Orleans, Louisiana during the pathfinding expedition for the 1912 Glidden Tour. The pathfinding tour covered a route from Detroit, Michigan to New Orleans, Louisiana, but the 1912 Glidden Tour was canceled. Stamped on back: "Spooner & Wells, Inc., photographers, 1231 Woodward Ave., Detroit, Mich., telephone North 1745." Handwritten on back: "The Pathfinder arrives at the St. Charles Hotel, New Orleans, 1912. Tours--Glidden Tour, 1912."
