View 1940 Lincoln car. Typed on back: "The original prototype of the Lincoln-Continental, built in 1939 (as a 1940 model) under the direction of the late Edsel Ford when he was president of Ford Motor Company. The car has a V-12 engine and was made in two body styles, coupe--hardtop and cabriolet (convertible). The first Lincoln-Continental was less than 62 inches high." Handwritten on back: "Lincoln."
