Chicago Cubs pitcher Jack Pfiester pitching. Printed on back: "John A. Pfeister [sic], pitcher, is the only 'soutpaw' on the 'Cub' staff. He won his first fame while playing with the University of Illinois. He was secured by Chicago from the Omaha club of the Western League and under the able coaching of Kling developed into a star of the first water. He won a large majority of his games in 1906, and has had just as good success this year. Copyrighted and published by A.C. Dietsche, Detroit, Mich., 1907."
