Printed on front: "South Side ball park, Chicago (White Sox)." Printed on back: "1931, V.O. Hammon Pub. Co., Chicago." Handwritten on back: "Dear Sam. We took an auto trip of 80 miles yesterday. Went in the morning and got home at night. Saw rocks and caves I am sure you boys would like to be exploring. The rocks are formed as if they had been burned. I think this is a fine country. I could live out here if we were all here. Are going to take supper with a family by the name of Crawford. All of us." Card is postmarked November 19, 1913.
