Group of men, facing away from camera, rounding corner and walking up street by spectators. "Uniform" is white shirt, pants with seam stripe, and peaked cap (though one man wears a bowler-style hat with loose covering). Very young man stands on rectangular manhole cover; he wears a narrow-brimmed hat, holds rolled papers, and has mud on his coat and pants cuffs; may be marking point to turn in the parade.
