Central Methodist Episcopal Church built in 1867 on the northeast corner of Woodward Ave. and Adams, constructed by Gordon W. Lloyd, with a view of the street. Two women by entrance. Signs visible include: Jas. H. Crumley, plumbing, steam and gas fitting; Standart Wine Co.; W[?] Fennessey's Slaves of Gold (play) at Opera House. Also have print from negative. Handwritten on albumen print mat back: "Central M.E. Church, 1893. N.E. cor." Recorded in glass negative ledger: "D/Woodward & Adams, Central Methodist Ep. Church."
