Bernice Grace Green (became Mrs. Frank Emmons), 2nd row from front, center, straight hair parted in middle. Next, in light dress, Grace Emmons who married Dr. Clifford U.S.N." Handwritten on back: "By 1875, a monstrosity architecturally and mechanically, was built in front of the old State Capitol. The entire group of buildings including a two-story one erected in the rear of the Capitol, burned down on January 27, 1893, much to the relief of the parents of the city; M.M.
