Recreation Park Club House, located on Brady and Beaubien. Club house is Second Empire style building with large first and second floor porches, and a small lake in front. Large group of men and women are gathered around lake and club house. Printed on front: "Detroit Recreation Park." Handwritten on back: "Recreation Park was on Brady St. north of Brush." Handwritten on back of duplicate: "Club house, Recreation Park, about 1879."
