Narrow three-story house, lace curtains in windows, sandwiched between two other buildings. Label on back: "For several years the Detroit home of Gov. Stevens T. Mason. It is no. 303 Jefferson Ave. between Beaubien and St. Antoine streets. Some twenty or twenty five years ago the third story was added to the building. By A. Godfrey & Co., Fort St."
