Label on back: "Year 1872, Side View Ved, my father gave his right of way for Milwaukee Ave., Cass Second and Third, also the right of way of the Boulevard up to Third St. Then we had to pay in later years for paving st., Mamie Moross, Mamie Moross Oakman [signed], facing this house was on Woodward."
