Large Queen Anne-style clapboard house viewed at an angle across wooden sidewalk. Two men on chairs by house; two women by front stairs; boy on horse. Lattice fences backyard; another matching building behind. Other houses and fence beyond. Handwritten on mat front: "Mr. R's [Randall's] house on the Grand Boulevard as ori[gi]nally built. Abt. 1886. Tom on his horse Pedro." Corners of mat cropped off. Mat torn.
