Two and a half story clapboard house with porticoed porch, viewed at an angle from street. Paved sidewalk in front of house meets wooden sidewalk. Trees around house; other house visible beyond. Typed on label on mat back: "No.36, later no.72, Seward Avenue. Ca. 1905. His [Brainerd's] daughter - Mrs. Alburn Hager Krum (Ethalind Hager Krum). Their daughter - Gracie Brainerd Krum." Beveled mat.
