Description
A parade of schoolchildren on a residential Detroit street. The children are dressed as characters from Mother Goose tales, several carrying signs identifying their costumes ("Old Woman Lived in a Shoe," "Bo Peep," etc.) Crowd of onlookers on sidewalk. Undated newspaper article pasted on back of photo. Headlines read: "Barred the Cadillacs. Detroit's founders not in Trumbull Ave. society. Pretty floral parade had Mother Goose and all the Little Geese for the participants yesterday afternoon."
