Artist's depiction of pixies or elves moving the Burton Abstract and Title Company across street to new office. Handwritten on front: "Friend Burton, this wouldn't be bad the The News, Kellogg. April 30, 1894." On back is letter from C.M. Burton at Wayne County Abstract Office stating that he intends to move his office about May 1st to the new offices in the Home Bank Building at Michigan Avenue and Griswold Street.
